ABC Waste is the Trash/Recycle vendor for the community.  The trash is picked up on Thursdays and the recycling is pictured up the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.

Acceptable recyclables:

Paper (Dry & Clean): Newspapers and inserts, junk mail, magazines, office paper etc...

Cardboard (Dry, Clean, & Broken Down)

Plastic bottles and jugs 1 thru 5 (Clean & Rinsed)

Aluminum & Steel Cans (Clean & Rinsed)

Rejected recyclables:

** GLASS

** PLASTIC BAGS

** PLASTIC 6 – Polystyrene
Examples:  Egg Cartons, Styrofoam, plastic cutlery

** PLASTIC 7 – Other (BPA, Polycarbonate & LEXAN)

Examples:  Baby Bottles, sippy cups, water cooler bottles, car parts, plastic food containers

When in doubt, look at the bottom of the container.  There will be a number in the middle of the recycling logo.
